Our history
How Unittra began
In 2017, Denny Sondakh — a Manadonese who enjoy traveling and organizing events and has friends of travel agent — started taking small groups of curious travellers to the places most tours: the family compound ceremonies, the village healers, road trip. Word spread quietly, the way good things do.
By 2018, Denny creates a Corporation (PT) and join the ASITA (Association of the Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies. Also, Denny had partnered with guides across Java, Lombok, and Bali to network with Unittra — a name that associates with Universal Tour and Travel. A guide you can trust to take you somewhere true.
Today we run intimate small-group tours across the Indonesian archipelago, Asia, United States, and other continental, always with the same founding principle: the best journey is one that changes you a little.
