Common questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead, especially for peak season (July–August and December). Some tours fill up quickly, so earlier is always better.
Can you create a custom itinerary?
Absolutely. Custom tours are our specialty. Tell us your dates, interests, and budget and we'll design something just for you.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure. Between 15–30 days, a 25% fee applies. Within 14 days, 50% is non-refundable.
Are your tours suitable for solo travelers?
Yes — many of our guests travel solo. Our small group sizes mean you'll meet like-minded travelers without feeling lost in a crowd.
